To join a Winnipeg Public Library book club, simply call one of the branches below and get involved! There are several clubs to choose from, each with their own interests–for children, teens and adults. Book clubs offer an excellent opportunity to grow as a reader, participants bring different insights and life experiences to their interpretation of a book, which makes for great debate and lots of fun.
And for book clubs of all kinds–including teen clubs–we have over a hundred choice titles in our book club kits. Everything you need to host a book club meeting in one convenient bag. Each kit contains 10 copies of a title, a discussion guide that includes something about the author, questions to kick start your discussions, author biographies.
